Courtney Burge Vice President of Admissions

Courtney Burge serves as the Vice President of Admissions for Aliya Health Group’s network of addiction and mental health treatment centers located across the United States. In his role, he oversees the admissions process for all prospective patients seeking treatment at one of Aliya’s treatment facilities.

Courtney Burge is a highly accomplished and results-driven behavioral health executive with over 20 years of experience in high-volume Call Centers, 14 of which are in the Behavioral Healthcare area. Skilled in automating workflows to improve efficiency, conversion, and census. He served as VP of Admissions and Call Center Operations at Foundations Recovery Network, where in his tenure, the organization grew from $94M to $350M before selling to UHS, Inc. 

Courtney served as Vice President of Admissions and Call Center Operations for Discovery Behavioral Healthcare, which included Cliffside Malibu, Discovery Mood and Anxiety Programs, and Center for Discovery, where he led the consolidation of Cliffside Malibu and Center for Discovery admissions departments and coordinated the integration of all systems. 

Courtney has also served as VP of Admissions at New Season Treatment Centers and VP of Intake Services at Lakeview Health. Courtney attended Hampton University, where he earned a Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. He also has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.

With his extensive background in admissions and healthcare management, Courtney assists Aliya Health Group in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. His expertise and leadership is invaluable as we continue to grow.
