Director of Admissions
Footprints, Vogue, & South Coast
Mark Klyuchkin joined Aliya Health Group on August 31, 2020. He has held several positions during his tenure, including admissions coordinator, lead admissions coordinator, and now Director of Admissions. In his current role, Mark oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including ensuring Joint Commission and state compliance, managing crisis interventions, coordinating client care, and supervising staff to maintain a professional and supportive environment. He is also responsible for scheduling, hiring new team members, meeting with Executive Directors across Footprints, Vogue, and South Coast facilities, and leading weekly team meetings to ensure clients are receiving the best possible care.
Mark’s journey in the behavioral health field began in 2016, inspired by his own recovery experience. He started as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Watershed Treatment Center in Boynton Beach, FL, and later served as Lead BHT at Daylight Recovery in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. These roles allowed him to develop valuable skills and gain insight into client care and the operational aspects of treatment facilities. His transition to Aliya Health Group marked a significant step forward, enabling him to leverage his experience to support both clients and frontline staff.
Mark’s commitment to his work stems from his personal journey. Having faced the challenges of recovery himself, he understands how difficult it can be to ask for help. This empathy fuels his passion for helping others take that first step toward a healthier life. He believes in the transformative power of recovery and finds immense satisfaction in witnessing the growth and progress of clients. Whether it’s seeing someone evolve in a short period or receiving a simple text expressing gratitude, these moments reaffirm his dedication to the field.
Mark’s philosophy is rooted in celebrating recovery and removing the stigma often associated with it. He credits his sobriety for giving him a renewed sense of purpose, a fulfilling career, and meaningful relationships. Guided by faith and a strong commitment to helping others, Mark is dedicated to making a positive impact on those seeking recovery.
Born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), Russia, Mark moved to Brooklyn, NY, at the age of 4 and spent nearly 25 years there before relocating to Florida. Outside of work, Mark channels his creativity as the vocalist in a heavy metal band, performing at shows across Florida with his closest friends.
Vogue was a very good place for me to go for recovery. The staff are easy to talk to about your problems with addictions, Alcoholism, and personal life. They help getting sober a little easier. I am glad I came here and recommend this place to anyone wanting help.
