Nancy Kilgore

Nancy Kilgore is the Clinical Director at Royal Life Centers in Prescott, Arizona. She oversees all Royal Life Detox, Residential, and Outpatient facilities. Nancy earned her master’s in social work in 2020 from Arizona State University and is licensed as a professional social worker in Arizona.  Specializing in trauma, she believes that people are impacted by their environment. Trained in EMDR, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with people overcoming addiction, grief, and trauma.  Nancy has worked with various diagnoses ranging from anxiety, depression, addiction, mood-related disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. She has treated the severely mentally ill and general mental health populations throughout her career. 

Nancy finds the positive impact on another person’s growth to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. She believes the greatest gift is to see individuals achieve goals they never thought possible. Before joining Royal Life Centers, Nancy spent two years as the Substance Abuse Expert at Palo Verde Nuclear Power Station. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her fiancé, two dogs, and a cat.
