Vice President of Human Resources
Robert Diano joined Aliya Health Group as Vice President of Human Resources in July of 2023. He is responsible for developing the network’s strategic plan to attract, retain, and develop an engaged and customer-focused workforce. He also oversees all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, labor relations, compensation, employee benefits administration, and performance management.
Robert received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, and his master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He brings over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare human resources.
