Vice President of Administration
Joseph Firicano began his career with Royal Life Centers in 2014 as a property manager and on-site IT Technician. Following the company’s acquisition in 2022, he continued to advance within the organization, serving as IT Director from 2018 to 2025. His experience in both technical and operational leadership has been instrumental in shaping his current role at Aliya Health Group.
As Vice President of Administration, Joseph creates and implements administrative strategies that support organizational objectives. He oversees multiple departments, including information technology, purchasing, and acquisitions of properties and vehicles, while also managing insurance coverage. His focus on innovation drives cost-effective solutions that streamline and centralize daily tasks across the company’s nationwide operations, enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities.
Joseph graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2001, where he studied Networking Engineering and Unix programming. He also completed the Union Carpenters apprenticeship program in 2003 and earned his contractor license in 2005.
Joseph is committed to staying at the forefront of technology and security. He regularly completes continuing education courses to remain current in the ever-evolving field of network security. This ongoing training ensures he is equipped with the latest knowledge of technologies, threats, and best practices—helping to safeguard and strengthen the organization’s infrastructure.
His career in healthcare has been shaped by a blend of technical expertise and strategic oversight. Starting as a property manager and IT specialist, Joseph gained hands-on experience with facility operations and infrastructure.
