Aliya-Non Meetings

At Aliya Health Group, we understand that addiction and mental health recovery is not just an individual journey—it’s a family journey. That’s why we are proud to host Aliya-Non, our monthly family information session. These sessions offer an educational and supportive event designed for both Aliya families and those in the community who have loved ones struggling with substance use disorder and mental health challenges.

During our family information sessions, parents, siblings, partners, and friends can gain insights and guidance on how to support their loved ones through the recovery journey. Our moderator will discuss topics such as treatment options, communication strategies, setting boundaries, and understanding addiction from a biopsychosocial perspective.

What Is Our Monthly Family Information Session?

Known as Aliya-Non, our information sessions led by Rachelle Vargas, National Alumni Director, provide families with essential knowledge, guidance, and community support. Held through Aliya Academy, an educational resource and curriculum, this virtual event occurs each month, ensuring families have ongoing access to the resources they need. During each meeting, families will also have direct access to the Aliya admissions team, who can offer their expertise on getting a family member the help they need.
