At Aliya Health Group, we believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, to achieve true wellbeing. Our team of addiction and mental health professionals collaborate to deliver customized clinical support.

To Heal. To Teach. To Empower. To Amaze.

Recovery isn’t just about quitting drugs or managing mental health symptoms—it’s about rebuilding a life that feels whole and purposeful. It’s not about separating a disorder from a person but about restoring clarity, identity, and happiness to someone’s life.

At Aliya Health Group, our mission is simple: to heal, empower, and transform. We don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we take a deeply personal approach, recognizing that each individual is more than their diagnosis. Every person who walks through our doors is more than a diagnosis or set of symptoms, and real healing demands a treatment approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Through evidence-based care, holistic therapies, and deeply personalized support, we help individuals reclaim their lives on their own terms.

Real recovery begins by meeting you where you are—without judgment, without pretense. That’s our promise to you, today and always.

Our Accreditations

Earning an accreditation is an important milestone that shows a rehabilitation center is committed to providing high-quality, internationally recognized substance abuse treatment and best practices.

Accreditation is more than just a certification. It’s a promise of delivering excellence. It signifies our dedication to offering treatment programs that meet or exceed rigorous standards of care, safety, ethics and more — but most importantly, offering clients peace of mind that they are in trusted hands, respecting their individual and cultural preferences, and remaining transparent and accountable to the community.

Accreditations from NAADAC, LegistScript, Wellbriety, and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers are credentials illustrating our commitment to providing no less than the highest standard of care.

Evidence-Based Psychotherapy

When mental health and substance abuse disorder treatment is rooted in research, results, and real-world expertise, meaningful transformation becomes possible.

For treatment to be effective, it needs to be built on methods validated by science. According to the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, evidence-based practice is founded on three principles: being backed by the latest advanced research, a therapist’s clinical experience, and your own needs and values — clinical principles proven to help people overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

Evidence-based practices ensure personalized, effective care. Here’s a look at some of the psychotherapeutic modalities our therapists offer to address the root causes of addictions and disorders:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps you understand and change the root causes and negative thought patterns and behaviors that fuel addiction and mental health struggles. Through this type of one-to-one talk therapy, therapists work with clients to identify triggers, reframe harmful beliefs, and develop healthier coping mechanisms in a conscious effort to promote positive, long-lasting change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a specialized talk therapy tailored for mental health disorders that involve emotional dysregulation. DBT is based on CBT and works to connect how emotions influence behavior. By combining mindfulness techniques with emotional regulation, DBT is proven effective in helping you manage intense emotions, alter unhelpful habits, and improve interpersonal relationships.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an effective counseling method to cultivate understanding and trust between therapist and client. MI helps you to resolve ambivalence about making changes (for instance, quitting drugs) and search for the internal motivation to develop new, more positive behaviors and take confident steps toward achieving your goals in recovery. This therapeutic approach is client-centered and non-judgmental, focusing on the individual’s strengths and values to inspire change.

Exposure Therapy

Exposure therapy is designed specially to address anxiety and trauma, by exposing oneself and gradually facing your fears in a safe, controlled environment, exposure therapy remains an effective, preferred therapy to achieve two things: reduce avoidance behaviors and build confidence in navigating difficult, triggering situations. It is a type of therapy that involves gradually exposing yourself to the source of the fear or trigger, whether it be a specific situation, object, or thought in a safe space.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) enables you to accept difficult emotions that may have enabled substance abuse, and commit to moving past, rather than avoiding them. As another form of CBT, ACT is effective in helping clients build the resilience they need to live more purposeful, fulfilling lives.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) focuses on identifying irrational beliefs that can prompt negative emotions and self-destructive behaviors. REBT is an actionable therapy that helps you to confront, challenge, and replace these beliefs with a more positive mindset and balanced and constructive outlook on life.

Integrated Holistic Approach

When you think of the word holistic, what comes to mind? In substance abuse treatment, holistic treatment is about treating the “whole” person — mind, body, and spirit. It’s when all aspects convene into one integrated approach that true recovery manifests itself.

Aliya Health Group’s holistic practices are thoughtfully curated and follow three key principles in action:

  1. To address the underlying, root causes of addiction, like trauma, stress, mental health issues, or social factors
  2. To treat the entire person, taking into account your physical and mental health, emotional well-being, and even your spiritual beliefs
  3. Integrating multiple, complementary therapies, hand-in-hand with traditional modalities like medication and behavioral psychotherapy

Some of our holistic healing includes mindfulness meditation and breathwork, yoga, and nutrition counseling. These holistic practices can help you develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, as well as reduce stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness meditation and breathwork are powerful practices to help you cultivate and develop a deeper, heightened awareness of the present moment. By focusing on what’s happening right now, without judgment, managing intrusive thoughts, reducing anxiety, and breaking free from the cycle of stress and cravings. Studies have proven mindfulness meditation to be effective in improving emotional regulation and enhancing mental clarity, important assets you can carry forward into everyday life.

Addiction and mental health disorders can take a toll on physical health, fostering a sense of disconnection from the body. Yoga bridges this gap by combining mindful movement, controlled breathing, and relaxation techniques to restore physical and emotional balance, boosting endorphins that reduce stress and cultivate a sense of calm for renewed vitality.

Proper nutrition is a cornerstone of recovery, as the body needs to heal from the physical damage caused by addiction and mental health struggles. With nutrition counseling, you learn how to develop sustainable, healthy eating habits that help promote physical and mental well-being throughout your treatment journey.

Individualized Recovery Plans

Your recovery journey is as unique as you. Every person involved in one of Aliya’s rehab programs — from administrators, nurses, therapists, and support staff — has one thing in common: a commitment to your unique needs, challenges, circumstances, and long-term goals when it comes to treatment and recovery.

It’s one more facet at the heart of our clinical approach: a commitment to understanding your story so we can devise and design a treatment program that works for you.

How does this happen? The relationship between you, your clinician, and your case manager is collaborative. Upon signing up for treatment, you’ll work with a case manager to help your treatment team learn more about your life, your struggles with drugs, alcohol, mental health, and any relevant co-occurring disorders or trauma history.

It’s from this assessment and learning about your unique background that a diverse roadmap to healing is built to your needs.

Unique Levels of Care

The one thing that remains constant and unwavering with Aliya is the support you receive in every stage of recovery — for each step of the way. Here’s a look at the trajectory of our comprehensive treatment options:

Detox

A safe, medically supervised detox process to help you wean off addictive substances, removing them from your system while carefully managing and mitigating withdrawal symptoms, and monitored under the closest supervision to ensure your safety.

Inpatient Treatment

An onsite residential treatment program with accommodations allowing you to reside at one of our inpatient facilities so you can devote your complete, 24/7 focus to healing in a supportive, structured setting.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

A middle ground between inpatient and outpatient care, a PHP plan is flexible, offering a full continuum of therapy while allowing you to return home in the evenings.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A structured treatment option for individuals battling substance abuse or mental health issues who don’t require full-time care, IOP is designed to fit into your daily life, balancing therapy with pressing work, school, or family responsibilities.

Outpatient Program (OP)

The least restrictive step between early recovery and independent living after graduation from treatment, OP helps you maintain progress and prevent setbacks or relapses, reintegrating into daily life while continuing individual or group therapy according to your schedule.

Aftercare

Recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. Once formal therapy has concluded, we’ll connect you with support groups near you (like Al-Anon), relapse prevention resources, sober living options, alumni services, and continued support for long-term wellness. Our aftercare services are designed to help you maintain your recovery and stay on track with your recovery goals.

Specialized Recovery Programs

Aliya’s clinical philosophy wouldn’t be complete without recognizing that treatment for drugs, alcohol, or mental health doesn’t discriminate — it’s inclusive to all. That’s why we’ve designed specialty recovery programs tailored for unique demographics and communities, whether it’s gender- and age-specific to people of color, or religion-based needs.

These are just a few of our specialty addiction treatment programs:

  • Native American Program (NAP)
  • Gender-Specific Program
  • Veterans Program
  • LGBTQ+ Program

Native American Program (NAP)

The Native American population faces a stark history of substance abuse. Our modalities combine traditional healing practices with modern therapies to address addiction and mental health. Through NAP, ceremonial, ritual-centric therapies like sweat lodges, talking circles, plant teachings, and paddle carving are deeply rooted in Indigenous traditions that address the mind, body, and soul through generational wisdom. Likewise, along with the Medicine Wheel, 12 Steps, Mending Broken Hearts, and partnerships with local tribes, find a greater sense of connection to your ancestry, an opportunity to reconnect with your roots and heal from generational trauma.

Gender-Specific Program

Men, women, and non-binary individuals often experience life in different ways. And as the effects of substance abuse can vary among genders, so should their treatment options. How does a gender-specific track benefit them? Men and women navigate trauma, addiction, and recovery in distinct ways. For instance, men are more prone to substance use disorders, while women face a higher risk of developing behavioral health issues related to drinking. Understanding these differences allows for targeted treatment: men’s groups often focus on uncovering the underlying causes of addiction, while women’s groups emphasize managing triggers and processing emotions.

Valor Program (Veterans and First Responders)

Statistics show that more than 5 million U.S. Armed Forces veterans struggle with drug, alcohol, and substance abuse, often to self-medicate the effects of combat exposure, untreated PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. Aliya’s Valor Program is tailored for these veterans and first responders who have given their service in the line of duty, offering trauma-focused care for addiction. With specialized therapy, peer support groups, and life-skills training, a holistic approach approaches their needs with the care and sensitivity to empower them with the strength to move forward into recovery.

LGBTQ+ Rehab Program

The LGBTQ+ community faces challenges and stigmas that extend beyond discrimination or social alienation, often leading some down the road of substance abuse, creating a psychological landscape marred by the complexities of addiction. Up to three in five LGBTQ+ people struggle with some form of drug abuse. With an intention toward healing, our LGBTQ+ rehab program provides affirming care in a judgment-free environment. With support for addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, therapy remains tailored to your unique needs and experiences, breaking down barriers, fostering healing, and cultivating resilience.
