Abigail Sugrue serves as the Chief of Staff at Aliya Health Group, bringing over a decade of unwavering dedication and expertise to the organization. Throughout her tenure, Abby has exemplified professionalism, loyalty, and a deep commitment to our mission, making a lasting impact across departments. Her natural leadership and strategic approach make her an integral member of our executive team.

In her role as Chief of Staff, Abby works closely with our C-suite leadership to spearhead special projects, drive key initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Aliya Health Group. Her influence is felt throughout the company, where her collaborative spirit and operational insights play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional addiction treatment.

Abigail began her journey at Aliya Health Group as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, later transitioning into the role of Corporate Executive Assistant. In these positions, she worked alongside our corporate team to manage daily operations and strategic initiatives. Over the years, Abby has partnered with nearly every department, providing invaluable support and contributing to the operational side of mental health and addiction treatment services.

A graduate of Saint Vincent College, Abby earned a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance with a minor in psychology in 2016. Before joining Aliya Health Group, she gained administrative experience in higher education and the financial sector. Her career at Aliya quickly became more than a job—it evolved into a passion. Knowing that her work on the operational side of addiction treatment helps improve lives is what she finds most fulfilling about her role.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Abby remains active in the local theatre community, bringing her love of singing and performing to musical theatre productions. Her creativity, dedication, and compassion continue to inspire those around her at Aliya Health Group and beyond.
