Ciarra Dozier

Ciarra Dozier, MS, started her career in behavioral health treatment in 2011. In 2023, she joined Aliya Health Group as the Clinical Director of South Coast Behavioral Health in Oklahoma City. Ciarra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and a Master’s in Addiction Counseling from Mid-America University in Oklahoma City. She has specialized training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety Evidence-Based Practices. She is also certified in the Addiction Severity Inventory Assessment, enhancing her ability to handle complex clinical cases.

Her professional journey includes positions at Southern Oklahoma Treatment Services and Landmark Recovery in Oklahoma City. At Southern Oklahoma Treatment Services, she advanced from a CADC Candidate to Clinical Director. At Landmark Recovery, she started as a group therapist and was promoted to Clinical Director. These roles have given her extensive experience in managing clinical programs tailored to client needs.

Ciarra’s passion for helping others began in her early childcare career, where she realized the impact of family dynamics on children’s behavior. This led her to counseling, focusing on supporting individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health issues. She finds fulfillment in being part of each client’s healing journey and takes pride in their progress. Outside of work, Ciarra enjoys family time and traveling. She grew up in Midwest City, Oklahoma, where she continues to live, staying close to her roots while impacting her community.
