Thomas Mitchell is the Director of Admissions for Footprints to Recovery’s treatment centers in Colorado, Illinois, and New Jersey. With a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their path to recovery, Thomas plays a critical role in ensuring the admissions process is seamless and supportive for those seeking help. In his position, he manages the call center operations, oversees all admission activities, verifies insurance benefits to ensure accessibility, and trains admissions representatives to provide compassionate and efficient support to clients and their families.

Thomas began his career with a solid foundation in healthcare, earning his Bachelor of Science (BS) in health professions and related clinical sciences, specializing in clinical health promotion, from Liberty University. This educational background equipped him with the knowledge and skills to advocate for better care and outcomes in the behavioral health field. Before joining Footprints and Aliya Health Group, Thomas served as the Associate Director of Admissions for Retreat Behavioral Health, where he gained invaluable experience in admissions management and patient care in a behavioral health setting.

Known for his empathy and dedication, Thomas Mitchell is deeply passionate about helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health challenges.
