Clinical Director
Kimberly Sparks, BA, SUDP, is the Clinical Director for our inpatient addiction treatment center, Royal Life Centers at Puget Sound, in Sumner, Washington. In this role, Kim oversees a clinical team and provides supervision, training, and daily support. She is a dedicated and experienced professional in the behavioral health field.
With almost two decades of experience, Kimberly has held various key positions and played pivotal roles in shaping the success of behavioral health programs. Kim started her journey in the behavioral health field in 2006 as a Behavioral Health Tech and has since advanced her career and education, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts in 2013 and an Associate of Arts in 2009.
Kimberly’s passion for recovery and helping individuals on their journey to sobriety is the driving force behind her dedication to the field. She finds reward in making a difference in someone’s life, empowering them to find recovery and escape addiction. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family, actively engaging in the recovery community, and enjoying nature’s beauty.
