I entered recovery on Feb 16th, at the Sumner location, and they took my Apple Health Insurance. I completed the program on March 4th, and I am going to stay at their 12-week, follow up program. The cafeteria is stocked with everything from nachos, a soda fountain, ice cream, pudding, cup of noodle, cheese sticks, grape juice... The works. The cafeteria looks like a convenience store of snacks. The team here is great and respectful, and they medical detox you, so you won't experience withdrawals.

If you are struggling with addiction and/or your mental health, I can not recommend FTR highly enough. Their therapists and medical staff are all excellent. Most importantly, they foster a sense of community amongst their patients and create an environment of positivity and acceptance. Their staff are also knowledgeable about the local recovery community, which made it easy for me to transition out of treatment and into a routine that supports my sobriety. I am so grateful that I went to FTR.

I’m in the mental health group here at footprints. I’ve been to multiple mental health hospitals and I’ve never felt understood or safe like I do here. At this place the therapists actually listen and I feel like they genuinely care. At mental health hospitals I feel like I’m being punished for the way I am, but here they actually try to help me and it works. I’ve been here for 4 months and I am in a significantly better place mentally than I was when I came in.

One of the best things about this facility is the fact that a lot of the therapist, case managers and techs has been that they have either been through this program or another program and are able to have a more in depth understanding of the needs, moods and
