Teresa Rorie, SUDP, LMHC-A National Director of Quality Assurance and Training

Teresa Rorie, SUDP, LMHC-A, is the National Director of Quality Assurance and Training for Aliya Health Group, supporting teams nationwide. Teresa first joined Royal Life Centers in 2017 as an Executive Director and later served as Regional Executive Director for our treatment centers located in the state of Washington and three treatment centers in Arizona. Throughout her time with us, she has continued to make an incredible impact, including launching our Sunwave Admin Team earlier this year.

With nearly two decades in the field, Teresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) and holds a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. She has been instrumental in preparing for state audits, Joint Commission, CARF, and ASAM surveys, while also mentoring and training countless clinicians. Beyond Royal, she shares her expertise as an instructor in her local community college’s Addiction Studies program.

In her new role, Teresa will expand her impact by overseeing quality and training initiatives across the organization, with a focus on clinical documentation and beyond. This role serves as a critical bridge between compliance, operations, and utilization review, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of care, strengthen consistency across sites, and continue delivering the compassionate, effective treatment our patients need and deserve.

I attended the 12 week program and am now attending outpatient. There isn't a better treatment facility anywhere. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking to not only better their lives but learn how to actually enjoy life again without drugs or alcohol. I'm incredibly thankful for the staff and everyone who helped me along the beginnings of this incredible journey.

I entered recovery on Feb 16th, at the Sumner location, and they took my Apple Health Insurance. I completed the program on March 4th, and I am going to stay at their 12-week, follow up program. The cafeteria is stocked with everything from nachos, a soda fountain, ice cream, pudding, cup of noodle, cheese sticks, grape juice... The works. The cafeteria looks like a convenience store of snacks. The team here is great and respectful, and they medical detox you, so you won't experience withdrawals.
