She has an associate and bachelor’s degree in nursing, a master’s degree in leadership and management, an executive nursing degree, and is now working for a master’s degree in medicine. Before joining Vogue, Theresa worked as a nurse director in hospitals and addiction treatment institutions.
Theresa was drawn to this work because of her family’s history of addiction. When she lost her niece to the illness, she determined to devote her nursing career to the battle against addiction.
