She holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Capella University.
Kylee’s extensive background in management and human resources, combined with her previous roles at addiction treatment centers, uniquely positions her for success. As the Executive Director, she dedicates her time to ensuring seamless administration, operations, and programming, all to provide clients with the highest level of care.
Known for her proactive approach to management, Kylee excels at problem-solving and empowering her staff to reach their full potential. With a career spanning since 2014, she has gained expertise in various specialties, including Seeking Safety, Crisis-Oriented Recovery Services (CORS), motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, and LGBTQIA addiction treatment. Throughout her professional journey, Maria has held multiple positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, Lead Therapist, Executive Clinical Liaison, Therapist Mentor, BHT Supervisor, and Referral Coordinator.
Maria’s passion for this work stems from her own experience as an at-risk youth with a history of trauma. Through therapy, she was able to transform her life and discover the power of choice. It is truly rewarding for her to help others recognize that they too possess the power to redirect their lives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, painting, and indulging in audible books during her leisure time.
