Treatment Programs
Levels of care at our Las Vegas rehab include:
Medical Detox (including pregnant women)
Clients safely eliminate drugs and alcohol from their bodies with 24/7 care from medical professionals and research-backed medications to ease withdrawal symptoms. Detox is safe and as comfortable as possible, and clients go through the process in a soothing, home-like setting.
Inpatient Treatment
Our residential program for addiction provides space and distance from triggers, so clients can focus on treatment and getting better. Clients attend treatment during the day and take part in recovery activities in the evening. Residences are home-like and comfortable, and clients develop strong bonds with peers going through similar challenges.
Veterans/ First- Responders Program
We understand that veterans and first responders have unique needs when it comes to treating substance abuse and trauma. Our Valor Program for veterans and first responders provides trauma-focused treatment for addiction and co-occurring PTSD and other mental health disorders. Clients feel safe sharing and healing among peers who understand what they’re going through.
Partial Hospitalization
Meeting from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm, our partial hospitalization program provides daily addiction treatment while clients live at home or a sober living residence. Our PHP program may serve as a step-down from inpatient treatment or as an effective option for clients not requiring a higher level of care.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Clients in our intensive outpatient program attend treatment weekdays for three hours each day. This allows them to keep a strong foothold in recovery support as they ease back into school, work, and family obligations.
Outpatient Program (in-person and virtual)
Our outpatient addiction treatment program meets for an hour 2 days a week. Clients have an opportunity to discuss real-world triggers and get support addressing them. They strengthen recovery skills and build confidence in sobriety and independence. We also offer virtual outpatient programs during the days and evenings.
Chronic Pain Track
Clients who’ve abused prescription painkillers can experience discomfort as they adjust to sobriety. We offer a chronic pain track that educates and introduces people with addiction to opioids and other narcotics to non-addictive, alternative methods to relieve pain such as chiropractic services, acupuncture, massage therapy, and other holistic approaches.
Sober Living Residences
Clients can reside in a comfortable, home-like setting with other clients while they attend treatment or transition into life in recovery.

Nevada Leadership

Theresa Brown, RN, MSN, CADAC-I
Executive Director Nevada
Theresa joined Vogue Recovery Center in 2019. Twelve of her 17 years of nursing experience have been in behavioral health treatment. As Executive Director of our Nevada location and Regional Director of Nursing, Theresa develops and directs organizational strategies, drafts organizational policies, creates business plans, coaches department heads, and ensures that the facility remains aligned with the overall goals of the company and culture. She holds an associate and bachelor’s degree in nursing, a master’s degree in leadership and management, an executive nursing degree, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in medicine. Prior to her role at Vogue, Theresa held nursing director positions in both hospitals and addiction treatment facilities.
Theresa was drawn to this work because of a family history of addiction. When she lost her niece to the disease, she vowed that as a nurse, she would dedicate her career to the fight against drugs and alcohol. Every day, Theresa reminds herself that if she reaches even one client, she has made an impact in their life and their loved ones’ lives. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with family, singing, learning, and enriching her spiritual growth.
“This place is home for me. Everyone single one of the staff members has became near and dear to my heart. I wouldn’t send my loved ones anywhere else. This place showed me skills on how to stay sober but also getting in a routine of waking up in the morning, going to work, going to meetings, how to cook for myself, how to clean up after myself, and how to live in a community of people and to express care and concern for those people. Love this place!”
